At Merchmate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  2. Initiating a Return: If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@merchmate.store within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

  4. Return Address: Once your return is authorised, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds:

  1. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
